Return Policy

If you receive our Bikini (or an other item we sell) and it doesn't fit the way you like, or for some reason you are not completely satisfied,
return it with the tags still attached for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. (Shipping cost is not refunded.)
For example: $60.00 bikini x 10% =$6.00. Your refund $54.00
Bikini must be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods.
(If we special order a bikini for you that we don't stock and you return it, we only refund 50% of purchase price.)
There is no restocking fee on exchanges for another size of the same item.
If you are exchanging for a different item, your card will be charged (or credited) the difference in the price of the 2 items.
We pay the shipping, (basic 1st class mail) back to you.
No cash refunds.

No refunds on sale items
( But you can exchange for another item on our website, or get a store credit.)

We reserve the right to examine a return to see if it has been worn. (Not just tried on.) If we determine a suit to have been worn, we will respectfully deny the return.

Do not remove the tags until you are sure you are keeping the bikini. Once the tag is removed, the bikini is yours. No exceptions.
We know when a bikini has been used for a photo shoot, and the tag has been reattached with your own pricing gun.
Do not remove tags. Or we will not give you a refund.

If you custom order a suit that Bikini Beach does not feature on our website and you return it, we only refund 50% on those items.
Make sure you include your name on the return address of the envelope to prevent a delay in getting your exchange or refund.
Please include instructions on what you would like us to do: Refund, exchange, etc.
If you want a refund, please include a reason.
